We also work with many other plans, our office staff will assist you in determining if we are in network for you and what your financial responsibility will be.

Pre-Surgical Evaluations

If we are not part of your insurance plan or you do not have coverage for the service, we charge a flat fee of $185. This is the maximum you can be expected to pay out of pocket for an evaluation.

Additionally, we will always send a bill as a courtesy to your insurance company in case the information provided to us by your insurance company is inaccurate and reimbursement can be secured.

Therapy

If we are not part of your insurance plan or you do not have coverage for psychotherapy, we charge a flat fee of $125 per initial appointment and then $100 per follow up appointment.

Additionally, we will always send a bill as a courtesy to your insurance company in case the information provided to us by your insurance company is inaccurate and reimbursement can be secured.
